Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Support / Call Center / Service Coordination
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Officer (CCO) to manage daily service follow-ups and ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, tracking service requests, and updating the service team on customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers for service updates, complaint status, and feedback.
Assign jobs to technicians and track their daily tasks.
Take follow-up from customers after service completion.
Maintain call logs and service records.
Coordinate between customer, technician, and back-office team.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely closure of complaints.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
