We are looking for a seasoned Chief Customer Officer (CCO) with strong experience in the mobile industry to lead customer service operations at our mobile repair centre in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience, improving service standards, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end customer service operations at the repair centre.
Ensure timely and quality resolution of customer issues, complaints, and escalations.
Develop and implement customer service protocols, SOPs, and feedback systems.
Monitor daily customer interactions across walk-ins, calls, and digital channels.
Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and drive continuous service improvements.
Train and manage front office and customer care teams.
Handle high-value or VIP customers personally, if required.
Use CRM tools for data-driven customer engagement and issue tracking.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in the mobile repair/mobile service industry.
Proven experience in managing customer-facing teams and operations.
Strong understanding of mobile device service processes (repair, warranty, replacements).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in CRM software and service tracking systems.
Language: English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
Customer-first mindset with the ability to manage pressure situations.
