Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests professionally.
Maintain customer records, service schedules, and complaint logs.
Coordinate with service engineers and technicians for timely service delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Prepare daily service reports and communicate updates to management.
Support the sales and service team in quotation follow-ups, AMC renewals, and documentation.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Escalate unresolved issues to concerned departments promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer service or coordination role (HVAC or technical service industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude.
