Job Description

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) :

Key Responsibilities:

Network Setup & Configuration

: Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure network stability and efficiency.

Security Management

: Implement network security protocols, firewalls, and other security measures to protect sensitive data and systems from cyber threats.

Maintenance & Updates

: Perform regular maintenance on network devices, software, and hardware; install firmware and software updates to ensure network devices are running the latest configurations.

Support & Training

: Provide end-user support for network issues, guide teams in network best practices, and train junior staff as necessary.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, layouts, and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaboration

: Work closely with other IT team members to plan and execute network upgrades and improvements.

on: Bachelor's degree

Certificatio

n: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is required.
