Job Summary:

NetworkKings IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Technical Support Executive to provide high-quality technical support and manage our networking labs. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of experience and a valid CCNA certification. If you're passionate about networking and enjoy troubleshooting and helping others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve technical support tickets efficiently. Provide remote assistance for network-related issues. Set up, manage, and troubleshoot virtual and physical labs. Support trainers and students with technical queries. Maintain logs, documentation, and ticket status updates. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in Technical Support or Network Support roles. Mandatory CCNA Certification. Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routers, switches, etc.). Hands-on experience with managing labs or similar infrastructure. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
