Lead the design and development of CCM solutions using OpenText Exstream Quadient Inspire Thunderhead
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective communication strategies
Implement and optimize document generation workflows to ensure seamless customer interactions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to CCM applications
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
