to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for international (US-based) markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, proven sales expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international clients (primarily USA).
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign strategies and client outreach.
Maintain reports of sales activities and update CRM regularly.
Provide guidance and support to junior BDEs in achieving team targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience
in International Business Development / Sales (IT Services, Digital Marketing, or similar domains preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proven track record of achieving targets in the international (USA) market.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in
night shifts (USA time zone)
