Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution Educate customers about products, services, and updates

ELIGIBILITY:



FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY Fluency in languages is a plus Knowledge of company's products and service
