Responsibilities:

• Perform QA associated with portfolio monitoring activities and annual reviews at underwriter / portfolio level
• Perform oversight of assigned risk monitoring tools / reports on a periodic basis
• Prepare and maintain QA procedures
• Create and distribute Quality Assurance reports
• Identify and highlight error trends based on QA results. Recommend actions for negative QA trends in order to drive consistency within the DCS underwriting team (E.g. training sessions, governance initiatives)
• Lead governance initiatives across Dealer Services business to drive consistency across Risk Team
• Assist with preparation for internal and external reviews, audits, and examinations
• Assist or coordinate projects and process improvements
• Develop partnerships across multiple teams and levels within the organization, while maintaining positive relationships with all
• Other tasks and assignments as needed

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Credit Underwriting, Audit, Compliance or Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk and control assessment process
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve measurable results
• Skills & experience to manage targeted portfolios ( e.g. formal credit training, treasury product knowledge, problem loan experience)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large sets of data preferred
• Familiarity with key Financial Institution regulations preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferred
• MBA or professional certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills
• Positive team player with a good work ethic, proactive mindset, and superior judgement while working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
