Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

The current opening is within the Wealth Management team in Bangalore which forms part of the Consumer and Community Banking LOB within GF&BM India.

About the Team

Role Name : Senior Associate: Revenue projections and analysis specialist

Team : Investment Products and Client Solutions

Reports to : Local Lead

Investment Product & Client Solutions team (IP&CS): Supports Senior Leadership in Business and Product with periodic (weekly, monthly etc) reporting on detailed product level/revenue performance, partners P&A with month end close and business review with revenue projections across channels and detailed commentaries on revenue and other related KPI walks and also plays an integral role in the budgets with detailed channel wise business and revenue projections in collaboration with the business leaders. The team also works on impact analysis of various business initiatives. The team also works on regulatory requirements for CCAR, RNDIP and Resolution and Recovery Projections.

About the Role

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

  • Revenue Forecasting for Wealth Management business for month end and budgeting cycles with detailed variance analysis
  • Bespoke analysis/ Impact analysis for new initiatives to drive business
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly reports along with commentaries on product wise performance with focus on revenue
  • Data reconciliation across multiple systems - UAT of revenue and balances for new system being implemented
  • Produce Business performance review materials and decks for an audience that includes senior business management leads. Provide key insights/commentaries on weekly, monthly and quarterly performance sliced and diced at the field staff, product, market level.
  • Identify new scope/ideas of analysis. Play a key role in conceptualizing and developing new reporting decks for tracking and driving performance around various field initiatives.
  • Drive automation for better process efficiency
  • Support multiple ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management in line with their expectations
  • Effective stakeholder management through understanding expectations of various US leads and ensuring we meet and exceed expectations in our delivery.
  • Team management skills - ability to guide, mentor and develop the team members for better performance and growth
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of post-qualification experience with specialized experience in FP&A
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and partnering skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently within a team environment.
  • Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in team handling and team development
Shift Timing: 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm (IST)
