Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The Consumer and Business Banking (CBB) Finance team in Bengaluru supports the Consumer and Business Banking sub-lob by offering Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis services to various internal customers including Finance and Business Management leads and field finance management teams. This position of Senior Associate would support field* Performance reporting and analysis and work closely with senior business management leads based out of US.

*the branch network and ATM network along with all the branches, bankers, RBs, PCBs, PBs, tellers, advisors etc and the leadership teams that drive performance at various levels of the Branch network hierarchy are collectively referred to as field.

The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management, J.P. Morgan Securities and You Invest, our digital investing platform. The business is highly dynamic given the rapid evolution of customer behavior, presenting both challenges in how we evolve to meet customer needs as well as opportunities in how we serve our customers more efficiently and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing Account controls process in terms of reassigning ineligible managed accounts, tracking & fixing incorrect transitions of rep code account.
  • Owning and managing the Rep Reassignment mailbox which has requests from the branch based advisors to migrate clients to JPMID and migrate accounts back to advisors; this entails reviewing , approving, and processing requests to move accounts
  • Organize monthly mailing list for all the clients migrated from the sub lines of business
  • Coordinate with various team leaders to ensure BAU team changes are properly tracked and are sent to operations and technology teams to further update client reporting (ADV2B)
  • Support the specialized teams within the business (Centralized Resolution Team and Liaison teams) with reporting by assigning new restriction leads for the CRT team and tracking the production of the CRT and Liaison teams.
  • Partner with the finance and workforce planning team to generate various reports like Daily Migration calling data, Weekly WAR report, JPMID Total Volume report, Net New Money Inflow/Outflows report, etc.
  • Participate in maintaining a sound control environment by engaging with team leaders on key control metrics and reports to remediate gaps

  • Excellent excel skills with strong ability to interpret data.

  • Strong ability to perform various task based reports and activities for controls process.
