About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

C/C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer

to guide and mentor college students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions, building strong problem-solving foundations, and preparing students for placements, coding competitions, and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on

C/C++ programming, Object-Oriented Concepts, and DSA

. Design and deliver curriculum tailored for

college students

with varying levels of programming knowledge. Provide

hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and projects

to reinforce learning. Prepare students for

technical interviews, competitive programming, and placement exams

. Track student performance, give constructive feedback, and ensure continuous improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in programming and problem-solving.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in

C and C++ programming languages

. Expertise in

Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-Solving

. Solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Memory Management, and Pointers

. Prior experience in

teaching/training/mentoring students

(preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for guiding students and making learning interactive.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Computer Science/Engineering/IT

or related field. Experience with

competitive programming platforms

(Codeforces, LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.). Exposure to

placement preparation training

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
