Business Banking ("BB"), a division of Consumer and Community Banking, provides deposit, credit, and cash management services to companies with up to approximately $20 million in annual revenue.

Asset & Wealth Management serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management ("WM") businesses.

The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Transformation & Simplification Business Associate is a position within the JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services leadership team. The position requires a results-focused, influential and process-disciplined leader with a strong technical acumen to deliver against an extensive future-state roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Simplification Excellence

  • Create and manage the product backlog and Business Requirement Document.
  • Coordinate with business to understand their process and should be able to prepare Process map using BPMN tools.
  • Prepare Test scripts for regression testing of a Workflow application.
  • Lead/Conduct analysis of processes/system/interface/data breaks and produce solution designs.
  • Research and implement tools that will accelerate new onboarding efforts, by improving the processes for data analysis, current state process analysis and project tracking.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to enhance user experience, balancing backlog, and obtain real-time feedback on priorities .
  • Foster relationship with Technology partners to develop robust roadmap for application refreshes, future functionality (API's, Workflow Tool, Reporting, Manual/ Automated testing), backlog execution and application architecture simplification .
  • Implement resource, governance and organization structure to deliver the transformational initiatives as required in order to deliver results in a complex environment
  • Exhibit ownership in managing partnerships by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across WLS, Technology, & Business leaders.
  • Effectively communicate to provide regular updates to WLS leadership and the firm, including presentations, executive summaries and summary metrics.
  • Prioritize the development backlog according to current business needs, value, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Communicate the business goals and product vision before and after every sprint to keep the team on the same page.
  • Engage with customers and define their needs to translate them into functionality or the user experience design.
  • Lead planning meetings, retrospectives, and reviews with the development team.
  • Track development progress during every sprint.
  • Review the backlog and make decisions on the functionality that will be developed in the next sprint.
  • Make any necessary changes to the project based on business goals and market conditions..
  • Communicate with all other stakeholders on the status of product development.

  • Create and deliver functional training on products/modules. Mentor team from a functional perspective to ensure delivery of the module.

  • Develops personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years' experience including minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst or product manager for a Workflow application or Low/No Code platform.
  • Previous expertise and a true passion for process innovation, design, and digital technology with proven success delivering complex, large scale initiatives.
  • Should have Banking or financial services domain Knowledge.
  • Demonstrated project & product management & leadership experience in financial services
  • Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent judgement and independent decision-making ability.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal.
