Social Science Teacher - CBSE Curriculum

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years teaching experience in a CBSE school

Qualification:

B.A / M.A in History / Geography / Political Science / Sociology with B.Ed (mandatory)

As per experience and school norms

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver Social Science lessons as per CBSE curriculum. Develop creative teaching methods to make learning interactive and interesting. Assess and evaluate students' performance through assignments, tests, and projects. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Guide students in academic and extracurricular activities related to Social Studies. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote holistic learning. Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Stay updated with CBSE guidelines, syllabus changes, and best teaching practices.

Key Skills:

Strong subject knowledge in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Computer literacy for digital teaching tools.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
