Key Responsibilities

Deliver

high-quality classroom instruction

CBSE curriculum & assessment guidelines

Plan and implement

effective lesson plans

, assessments, and learning activities Prepare students for

school-based and board examinations

(TGT & PGT levels) Maintain academic records, assessments, and student progress reports Foster

critical thinking, communication skills, and academic discipline

Create a

safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Participate in

curriculum planning, academic reviews, and school events & initiatives

Communicate effectively with parents and academic leadership Uphold

child safeguarding, CBSE academic integrity, and professional ethics

Eligibility & Qualifications (Mandatory)

PRT

Graduation with

D.El.Ed /

D.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed - Mandatory

Minimum

5 years of CBSE Primary teaching experience

TGT

Graduation with

B.Ed - Mandatory

Minimum

5 years of CBSE Secondary teaching experience

PGT

Postgraduate degree in relevant subject - Mandatory

B.Ed - Mandatory

Minimum

5 years of CBSE Senior Secondary teaching experience

For All Levels

Experience teaching

CBSE curriculum - Mandatory

Strong subject knowledge and board exam familiarity

Experienced candidates only - freshers need not apply

Preferred / Desirable Qualifications

CTET / TET qualification Experience as

Board Examiner / Evaluator

Exposure to

NEP-2020 aligned practices

Experience in reputed CBSE / K-12 schools

Skills Required

Strong
