Qualification:

Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training / B.Ed (with Montessori Certificate preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in CBSE curriculum-based pre-primary teaching

Key Responsibilities:

Create an engaging, nurturing, and safe classroom environment for young learners.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons following CBSE and Montessori methods.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and emotional development through activities and storytelling.
Assess and monitor students' progress and communicate effectively with parents.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and teacher development programs.
Maintain classroom discipline and uphold the school's academic and behavioral standards.

Strong classroom management and child-handling ability
Creativity in lesson planning and activity design
Patience, empathy, and passion for early childhood education
