The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school by providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and serving as a point of contact for students, parents, and staff. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
? Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
? Maintain and update student records, attendance, and other administrative databases.
? Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications.
? Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and school events.
? Handle inquiries from parents, students, and staff, providing accurate and timely information.
? Manage school supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
? Support the admissions process by managing applications, organizing documentation, and assisting with enrolment procedures.
? Assist in organizing school events.
? Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
? Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Skills

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
? Knowledge of CBSE regulations and procedures, CBSE portals, UDISE, OASIS 6.0, SARAS 6.0, etc.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
? Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
? Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
? Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
? Basic financial literacy for handling fees, invoices, and budgets (if required).
