Social Media & Advertising Manager
The opportunity
The position is for a campaign and social media executive within EY GDS. The candidate will be supporting EY Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) teams. The candidate will be required to manage the creation, design, and publication of content on EY organization's social media channels. He/she will be required to work very closely with marketers, designers, editors, and other approvers to publish relevant, insightful content. He/she should possess exceptional US English writing skills and experience in creating well-written, insightful content (both copy and visual assets). The candidate should be motivated, resourceful, and able to ensure the content provided is published on time and presented in a way that maximizes reader engagement. The candidate will need to actively engage with the business and BMC to develop and coordinate the content calendar with input from the BMC team that leverages the respective social media handles. The candidate will also stay up to date with both general industry and EY social media trends, visual identity guidelines, and develop campaign metrics reports. The candidate will be working with a global team and should be aware of cross-cultural sensitivities and open to flexible work timings. He/she would be expected to learn quickly and stay up to date on what is happening in the sector they're assigned.
Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, design, and publication of well-crafted, visually engaging content across EY social media channels, ensuring alignment with both external marketing and internal communications objectives.
  • Develop and manage integrated social media and advertising campaigns-including organic and paid initiatives across social, search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), and display/programmatic channels-leveraging internal expertise and collaborating with external agencies and freelancers.
  • Utilize EY social media management tools to plan, schedule, and publish content. Oversee the employee advocacy platform, including license management, content scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance (organic and paid), ROI, and user engagement. Conduct social listening, competitor analysis, and develop interactive dashboards and reports to inform strategy and optimize impact.
  • Collaborate with BMC leaders, service line, sector, and regional teams to build and maintain a coordinated content calendar. Ensuring social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing programs and internal communications to amplify key messages.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers for paid media execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, asset management, and execution milestones. Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and effectiveness through data-driven insights and automation.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, a generous aptitude to learn the organization's pattern of communication and our client's motivation
  • 10+ years of experience in social media content creation and marketing communication
  • Up-to-date understanding of content trends of all the major social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Adept with ORM skills and efficient driving influencer marketing campaigns
  • Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meltwater, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Understanding of measurement and analytics of social media and website content
  • MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to work as part of an agile team; independent and show flexibility during peak times
  • Project management skills
  • Strong data-analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Knowledge of social and digital media research & analytics
  • Experience in operating LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders
  • Support EY brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines
  • Pursue and share best practices within the team
  • Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Social media analytics experience
  • Experience in working within a B2B brand
  • Experience with key topics emerging in the consultancy and digital landscape
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Through knowledge about the content pattern and technical acquaintance with various social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare, Facebook, Instagram

  • Social media tools - Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meltwater
  • Experience in dashboard creation (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
