Strong product knowledge/hands on experience and domain expertise on commercial lending operations, E2E process/loan life cycle
Reengineer processes in correlation with Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, collection of interest, Nostro & Past Due Reconciliation, Collateral & Insurance tracking on commercial lending
Evaluate business processes, requirements analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions
Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs. Serve as liaison between stakeholders and users
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
Create process models, specifications, diagram, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project teams. Effectively manage competing resources and priorities.
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholders
Participates in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized
Business reengineering, large data handling and problem-solving skills. Logical acumen with keen attention to detail.
