Commercial Banking -CRESCENDO DATA PLATFORM OPERATIONS - Senior Associate

Commercial Banking (CB) serves more than 30,000 clients, including corporations, municipalities, financial institutions, and not-for-profit entities with annual revenues generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion. The Firm's broad platform positions the Commercial Bank to deliver extensive product capabilities - lending, treasury services, investment banking, and asset management - to meet our clients' domestic and international financial needs.

About the Team:

The Crescendo Data Platform Operations group is responsible for ensuring that the Commercial Bank's Business Process tool investments result in better client experience, internal process efficiencies and leverage data to provide client insights and opportunities. The Operations analyst will be responsible for providing oversight and execution support of daily processes related to Data Quality, Data Delivery, and Program Delivery on Big Data services. The candidate will partner with their local manager and global financial operations teams to execute against strategic deliverables and responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities:

1.Partner with global team to ensure timely and quality data to various business finance, operations and technology functions.

2.Build and maintain key relationships and partnerships across various business finance, operations and technology partners globally.

3.Provide timely communications on impacts/deliverables between geographically diverse teams.

4.Oversee 3000+ data feeds in order to gather, process and publish daily reporting to MDM, Qlik Dashboards, Cubes, and Data Services. Ensure SLAs are met.

5.Identify, analyze and resolve data quality and processing issues.

6.Identify, analyze and work on various process improvements on a continual basis.

7. Conduct testing of new functional releases aimed at improving the operations cycle.

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA degree. MBA or related Master's Degree is a plus.

8+ years of experience executing against Production environment Operating Models spanning business lines within the financial services industry to support timely delivery of quality data

Experienced on proven execution of strategic process and technology initiatives in the context of business and finance goals

Ability to challenge and adopt a changing business landscape

Ability to focus on the key issues and drive initiatives to conclusion

Strong relationship management skills

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL.

Basic knowledge of Hadoop and AWS platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with Big Data environments.

• Agile development understanding and knowledge on Ui path, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus.
