About Commercial Banking Coverage Group

The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs. to Rs 350

Crs. by offering products & solutions around CA,Asset, forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along

with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc

About the Role

The Commercial Banking Circle Head, leads a team of CSMs responsible for driving the commercial banking business

(Liabilities, Cross sell including asset) for the Circle. The Commercial Banking business focuses on Asset and Liabilities

requirement of the clients \xe2\x80\x93 mainly CA ,Asset , forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with

retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc

Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Develop business relationships with Commercial Banking customers in the area to increase the CA Book, fee income

and cross sell.

\xc2\xb7 Achieve targets set for individual products like CA Balances ETB & NTB , Trade Forex, CMS & Asset lead generation

etc.

\xc2\xb7 Establish and strengthen relations with key customers to enhance relationships and generate sustained business.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and convert potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration

\xc2\xb7 Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling asset & other products of the bank to new and existing customers

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a healthy portfolio and monitor the depletion of the portfolio

\xc2\xb7 Interact/ Liaise with various other departments to ensure lead generation for CA , Trade & FX.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with due processes and guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Create a performance oriented environment leading to high employee motivation and productivity

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all staffing requirements of the center are met and adequate training is given to the staff on the

products of the bank, sales processes and various policies of the bank

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Graduate/ Post Graduate with min of 5 yrs of people leadership experience and a total of 15-18 Yrs experience

engaging with sales functions.

Role Proficiencies:

Knowledge of CA , Trade & Fx and banking products and services \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage ambiguity \xc2\xb7 Good communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skill \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines \xc2\xb7 Good networking and relationship building skills
