Digital, Data and Product (DDP) is leading the Commercial Bank\'s (CB) evolution into a design-led, product-driven, digital-first organization to meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients and deliver intuitive products at speed and scale. CB Sales Enablement plays a critical role within DDP to empower sales teams and partners through a cohesive ecosystem of sales tools and training resources.

As a Sr. Data Analyst within Einstein & Data Analytics team of Sales Enablement Program, you will work closely with product managers, sales strategy, and other stakeholders to design, create, and refine quantitative models tuned to deliver revenue-driving opportunities and recommendations.

Job responsibilities

  • Design and create self-service dashboards and tools tuned to drive revenue impact using Einstein Analytics and other relevant tools leveraging power of Salesforce and other firmwide data sources.
  • Proactively progress monetization initiatives through all phases - from formulation, to modeling, to evaluation, and to deployment of data science/model features to production
  • Document processes, use cases, and requirements in a way that can be understood by technical and business stakeholders
  • Understand and leverage existing business processes to help increase awareness and relevancy of recommendations
  • Acquiring, analyzing, and structuring large amounts of data to provide key business insights across disparate sources of data.
  • Communicate your findings and recommendations clearly and concisely with business stakeholders
  • Continuously improve on existing processes, automate existing analyses, define best practices, and provide thought leadership around monetization initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, or other relevant fields
  • Expert in SQL and BI/Visualizations using Tableau CRM and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
  • Good Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM.
  • 5+ years of analytics experience including applied techniques in Modeling, Acquiring, analyzing, and structuring large amounts of data to provide key business insights across disparate sources of data (Salesforce and non salesforce database)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis
  • Strong PowerPoint, Advance Excel and presentation skills
