Role Description

The tribe "Customer Analytics" is responsible within the Privatbank Deutschland (PB GY) for the creation and orchestration of digital customer communication vis-\xc3\xa0-vis our internal and external customers for Deutsche Bank and Postbank brands. The tribe consists of several squads, which are responsible both for the PB GY digital marketing platform and for creating, orchestrating and playing data-based, personalized customer communication. The overall management of the Digital Marketing Platform is bundled into one product area.

The Campaign & Channel Solutions (CCS) department is an integral part of this platform and is responsible for the further development of Adobe Campaign Classic by creating new features and connecting additional inbound and outbound channels that enable digital marketing and digital distribution. In addition, CCS is responsible for evaluating new requirements and offers training for the new functions to our stakeholders. The team is based in Germany and India with the Product Owner in Frankfurt.

At the earliest opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Test & Quality Assurance Manager to help us make the most of the Adobe Product Suite in Adobe Campaign in PB GY.

Your key responsibilities

• Closely collaborate with the Product Owner, Engineers and Deployment Manager to identify adequate test set-up / testing strategies and execute test based on the formulated test cases
• Provide transparent overview on test progress and the resolution status of identified issues based on JIRA
• Further develop our automated testing / regression testing approach
• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure smooth transitions into operations based on a DevOps approach and closely interact and work with the Adobe Platform DevOps Team
• Support in structuring releases and assuring quality across each test cycle ranging from User Acceptance Tests to Business Verifications Tests
• When you see a process running with high manual effort, you\'ll fix it to run automated, optimizing not only our operating model, but also giving yourself more time for other tasks
• Act as a truly agile team member prioritizing team goal
• As a addon you follow the DevOps model to test stable, ideally zero-ops applications, share the responsibility for testing for a stable production and based on your experience you are increasing the stability and efficiency of our Adobe Cloud Solutions to be used across Deutsche Bank

Your skills and experience

• Overall 12+ years of IT experience in Test Management and Quality Assurance including background of Business Analysis to understand Business requirements and functionalities
• At least 4+ years of experience having strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Adobe Campaign Client Console 7.0 and Adobe products for marketing such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for template creation.
• A good understanding of Deutsche Bank application landscape in the field of data-driven Digital Marketing and must have good understanding and knowledge about Customer Analytics
• You have 2+ years of experience in Automation Testing and experience in implementing test automation frameworks such as TDD and BDD
• You should be an expert in creating Campaigns, deliveries, workflow management, data imports and has worked across cross channel integration (email, SMS etc)
• Have a good understanding of database models and SQL tools
• Have knowledge on JavaScript programming language to understand the code if required.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
• Experience in Unit testing, Load testing, Functional testing, Regression testing and end to end testing and Test Planning
• Excellent communication skills, strong independence and initiative, ability to work in agile delivery teams and have worked on any adobe product in past would be added plus.
• You have an agile mindset and are experienced with JIRA, HPALM and Confluence
• You preferably know ITIL standards and would be desirable to have relevant testing certification like (ISTQB, ISEB).
• Good communication skills required and must be able to speak and understand German language and have experience working with distributed teams (especially Germany + India)
