Job Description

Lead CATI Projects:

Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of CATI surveys, ensuring adherence to research protocols and objectives.

Conduct CATI Surveys

: Execute telephone interviews using CATI software to collect data from respondents in accordance with research protocols.

o Process Improvement:

Identify and implement enhancements to CATI processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Management:

Enter and manage data accurately in research databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and verify interview quality, addressing any issues or inconsistencies promptly.

Team Management:

Supervise and mentor junior researchers and interviewers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and development.

Project Support

: Collaborate with the research team to coordinate survey activities, track progress, and meet project deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sector-1 Greater Noida PO, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
