About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated

CATI Research Executive

with hands-on experience in conducting

primary research surveys via telephone

. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have prior exposure to CATI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

telephone-based surveys and interviews

with respondents in line with research objectives. Collect, record, and validate data accurately using CATI software. Ensure all research is conducted in compliance with project guidelines and quality standards. Manage respondent queries professionally and maintain engagement throughout the call. Collaborate with the research team to meet project deadlines and deliverables. Provide inputs on improving call efficiency, data accuracy, and respondent experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

6-12 months in CATI research/telephone surveys.

Communication:

Good to excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills will be an advantage). Ability to engage with respondents confidently and handle objections. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured scripts. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry. Ability to work in

rotational shifts
