Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated catering staff to join our team. The catering staff is responsible for preparing and cooking high quality meals in a timely and efficient manner, while also managing the billing and financial aspects of the eatery. They will also assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, as well as managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. This position requires a strong team player who is able to multitask and maintain a positive and professional attitude. They should be knowledgeable, compassionate and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

:

Responsible for entering all food orders and customer transactions into the billing system accurately and in a timely manner. Review all customer bills before finalizing them to ensure accuracy and proper charges. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding their bills and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and specifications. Prep, cook, and present dishes in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation. Maintain accurate and organized records of all billing and payment transactions.

Requirements :



Culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience. Strong knowledge of food and cooking techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of computer skills and ability to learn eatery software systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:



Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a cooking or restaurant setting.
