Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new hotel (luxury & boutique) and corporate clients.
Build relationships with Purchase, F&B, Banquet Managers, and Corporate Admin Heads.
Create and present tailored catering proposals and menus.
Conduct tastings, client visits, and events to showcase offerings.
Maintain CRM records and report on leads, sales, and performance.
Participate in hospitality exhibitions and networking events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.
Experience in
catering, hotel, or event sales
(luxury/premium segment preferred).
Strong industry network and excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within NCR.
