Training & Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for catering staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Inventory & Maintenance:
Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment; ensure timely replenishment.
Report and coordinate maintenance issues to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, staff performance, and inventory levels.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum educational requirement:
Graduate
Experience:
1-3 years in catering supervision or training roles within the hospitality or catering industry.
