Aminia Restaurant is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Catering Head
to lead and manage all catering operations, ensuring seamless service delivery for corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and outdoor catering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of food & beverage operations, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Aminia's legacy and standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Operational Management
Oversee end-to-end catering operations including planning, coordination, execution, and post-event review.
Ensure timely preparation, packing, and dispatch of catering orders.
Maintain quality control of food, presentation, and service as per Aminia standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow.
2. Client Management & Business Development
Handle client inquiries, conduct meetings, and understand catering requirements.
Prepare customized menus, quotations, and proposals based on client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and vendors.
Drive sales by identifying new catering opportunities and revenue channels.
3. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff and service teams.
Conduct regular briefings, assign tasks, and ensure staff maintain professionalism and discipline.
Monitor performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards.
4. Logistics & Coordination
Plan logistics including manpower scheduling, transport, equipment, and setup requirements.
Ensure proper inventory management for catering utensils, decor items, and service equipment.
Maintain coordination between kitchen, delivery partners, and event locations.
5. Financial & Administrative Duties
Prepare budgets, control costs, and meet profitability targets.
Manage billing, vendor coordination, and post-event documentation.
Maintain reports on catering performance, sales, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum
4-7 years of experience
in catering operations, preferably in a multi-cuisine or reputed restaurant chain.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage large teams and high-pressure event environments.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and F&B operations.
