Resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain event reports and cost summaries.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in catering/banquet operations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Leadership, planning, and team management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events.
