A catering executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a catering operation, from client relations and menu planning to event execution and staff management. Key duties include meeting with clients to discuss event details and dietary needs, planning menus with chefs, supervising food preparation and service, managing staff, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
