Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - Bakery & Confectionary in a hotel or restaurant / bakery
Culinary diploma or certification is preferred. System Knowledge along with MS Excel , PPT , Word etc .
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
Understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
