Key Responsibilities:
Category Ownership: Define and execute end-to-end brand strategy for the assigned product category (e.g., nutrition, personal care, wellness).
Brand Development: Build, manage, and evolve brand identity and positioning within the category.
Campaign Execution: Lead integrated marketing campaigns--digital, retail, influencer, and media--for product launches and ongoing promotions.
Consumer Insights: Use data, market trends, and consumer research to shape positioning, messaging, and innovation strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, sales, e-commerce, design, and supply chain teams to ensure category alignment across functions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze category performance (sales, traffic, market share) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Innovation: Identify white spaces for NPD (new product development) and work with R&D/product teams to bring concepts to market.
Budgeting: Own marketing budgets for the category and ensure ROI-driven spending.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-7 years of experience in brand/category management, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or health/wellness industries.
Proven track record of managing high-impact brand campaigns and launching successful products.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
