Formulating Channel wise product assortment plan (this requires detailed understanding of Men's ware category, competing brands, market inelegancy, trends and designs etc) Option plan category wise - price point wise for achieving business plan targets and devised strategy to achieve sell through at channels

Should have 10+ years of experience in relevant field.

Formulating channel wise buying plan by calculating open to buy quantities and reconciling with business plan ensuring sales target are met and performing store wise post mortem analysis to understand selling pattern and make changes in future buying plans Monitored category development in terms of fixing product mix, size ratio, fits, price points, fabric quality matrix and calculating category wise buying budget and ensuring required price point wise quantities are purchased Fixing Re-order level (ROL) of fast moving and core style by calculating sales per day & amp; production lead time to minimize loss of sale at store level Advising market survey objective to team and monitoring competition mapping to understand gap in product portfolio in terms of product quality, price point, fit requirement & fabric blends Circulating option plan category wise to design team for entire season and finalizing fabric design and style dockets to develop products in required price points for better sales through Product development and new product introduction, in-house and outside vendors.
