Responsibilities :
- P&L ownership for the brand - management of topline and bottom-line, product returns and inventory mix
- Working with the brand's original founder / promoter and their existing team to carry out a smooth business transition.
- Process development, operational planning to support forecasting and new launches
- Research, analyze data and market insights for the category to double down on the winning SKUs
- Working closely with cross functional teams including brand, marketing, growth to deliver on targets
- Weekly and monthly tracking of business metrics to monitor goals and diving deep where needed to drive continuous improvement
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors
- Building long term brand strategy - omnichannel, social, D2C, international to further drive the growth
- Understanding of AOP & operations during BAU / events
- Creating playbooks - so we are able to standardize growing ecommerce 1st brands under company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce/d2c industry
- Attention to details, & hands on approach to solving problems
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, with a strong bias for execution
- Ability to work and effectively communicate across functions
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
