Manage and oversee multiple retail outlets/dealers within the assigned area
Ensure achievement of
sales targets
and business growth
Monitor store performance, stock availability, and visual merchandising
Handle dealer/distributor relationships and resolve operational issues
Lead, train, and supervise
store staff / sales executives
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Ensure company policies, SOPs, and brand standards are followed
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and field activities
Experience in footwear or retail chain operations
Ability to handle targets and pressure
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
