Short Description

Strategize Plan, Develop, Execute & Monitor the marketing initiatives for Premium and Deluxe portfolio across each brand's life cycle to boost market share and strengthen the brand health.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize & Plan portfolio strategy and develop relevant campaign to improved brand health , retails & enquiries

  • Devise strategy for the Brand portfolio
  • Alignment of Senior Management & approval on strategy
  • Conceptualization & Briefing agency on strategy
  • Evaluation & Finalization of Communication strategy
  • Lead the development of the campaigns
  • Shortlisting & approval of film producers
  • Cost Negotiation
  • Managing of logistics & overseeing production for shoots
  • Legal approvals pre and post campaigns
  • Researches at various stages - pre & post campaigns.
Direct & Monitor the marketing initiatives for an impactful execution
  • Briefing & Reviewing of Media Plans
  • Providing of Required Material to media
  • Contribute to the GTM strategy and roll out plan
  • Align the field for execution of 360 degree campaign
  • Liaison with PR team to drive initiative on the brand
  • Analysing impact on Brand , Retails & enquiries
  • Providing update , reports on campaigns and escalate issues when necessary
Enhance Consumer engagement to strengthen brand health
  • Conceptualization & Development of the consumer engagement plans
  • Liaising with activation team for agency & cost finalization
  • Aligning key stakeholders - senior , legal ,media & sales teams
  • Rolling out & monitoring of the campaign in the field
Liaison with CFTs for brand life cycle management
  • Contribute towards Brand extension strategy
  • Lead on finalization of brand names
  • Legal Approval for brand extensions and names
  • Infernal Alignment
Development of the team for better management
  • Guiding on Brand Management
  • Guiding on various processes related to work

Relevant Experience
  • 12 Years
  • Extensive marketing experience in a large global FMCG business and would have managed a diverse portfolio ?
  • Good all-round experience across marketing (including trade marketing)
  • Experience in building a brand at the grass root level (and not reliant on advertising led approaches).
  • Experience in other functions preferably sales experience would be a good to have experience.
