Hiring for Category Fulfilment Executive-Kolkata

About the Role:
Join Gig4U's Internal Team as a Category Fulfilment Executive and be the link between freelancers, part-timers, and top client projects. You'll coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth fulfilment across categories like Retail, Field, Events, Delivery, and Promotions.
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to deploy freelancers and part-time professionals effectively

• Monitor and manage fulfilment progress across multiple work categories daily

• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, updating project statuses consistently

• Serve as a point of contact for on-ground teams, addressing challenges promptly to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• 6 months -2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support

• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms; highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy

• Strong communication skills in both English and local language(s)

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines

• Should Have a Laptop

• Ready to work from the office
