Category Business Manager Standby
to lead and grow category operations at our Ernakulam location.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive performance of assigned product categories
Analyze category sales, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for stock planning
Monitor inventory health and ensure optimum stock availability
Plan and execute category-wise campaigns, offers, and merchandising
Track market trends and competitor activities
Prepare category performance reports for management
Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail category management
Previous experience in Retail field
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and basic business tools
Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary & Benefits
