Draft business cases and rollout blueprints for new verticals
Build OKR frameworks for each initiative.
Category Ownership
Manage daily operations and performance of the launched categories
Track KPIs and identify levers for growth
Align with sales, content, ops, and marketing teams to ensure smooth functioning
Ensure SLAs, customer experience, and quality standards are met
AI-Led Execution
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) for:
Automating workflows
Drafting SOPs, pitch decks, onboarding guides
Customer segmentation and targeting logic
Internal tool development and documentation
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate across functions to drive accountability and outcomes
Create feedback loops for continuous optimization
Liaise with medical professionals for category onboarding
Manage external vendors and partners (logistics, tech, consultants)
