Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Catalog Troubleshooting Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop expertise in several key areas, including PPC, SEO, copywriting, catalog management, and account management. As an intern, you will contribute to improving our clients' organic search visibility, increasing product traffic, and driving sales growth. You'll gain hands-on experience with Amazon's tools and strategies, supported by a collaborative team.

*Catalog Troubleshooter Intern

Upload Listings, create parentage, monitor inventory events, and attend to other merchandising-related tasks.
File cases, fix listing/account health issues, and respond to troubleshooting needs.
Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and clients to accomplish tasks and projects timely.
Respond to tasks as needed and request help as applicable.
KW Research and Listing Optimization
Prioritize "Emergency" audits to identify and resolve issues in problematic accounts.
Collaborate with other directors and team members to find solutions to advertising challenges.
Conduct Account Audits to determine the Problem Statements for Potential Clients.
Actively communicate with peers, managers, and clients to ensure timely task and project completion.
Provide clear reports, notes, and summaries of audit findings and campaign performance.
Own and manage the growth of 1-3 PPC accounts for The Amazon Guru's clients.
Develop, implement, and maintain client-identified KPIs.
Oversee full advertising account actions, including ad segmentation, budget setting, and performance optimization.
Verify ad segmentation, reduce wasted ad spend & reduce ACOS.
Set up ads for new accounts, ensuring proper segmentation, keyword research, and budget allocation.
Utilize keyword analytics and discovery to develop and optimize manual campaigns, including:
High volume campaigns (broad, phrase, & exact match types).
Low volume campaigns (phrase & exact match types).
High relevancy campaigns (phrase & exact match types).
Create manual ASIN targeting campaigns, including but not limited to, defensive ASIN targeting.
In-depth understanding in depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and Vendor Central Portal.
Providing internal team reports and relevant data
Navigating the Seller Central portal to identify issues and guiding the task to the correct team to solve them.
Issues could be related to Account Health, Listing Suppression, Tax Reports etc etc.
Handling Customer Messages and Communicating with Customers.
