Analyze
sales data
and catalogue metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing) to ensure correct product availability and visibility
Optimize listings using
keywords, categories, and attributes
to improve search ranking and conversion
Ensure compliance with
platform guidelines
and
FSSAI regulations
for Food & Beverage products
Regularly audit listings to correct errors and reduce suppression or delisting issues
Support promotional activities such as deals, bundles, and new product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
1-3 years of experience
as a Catalogue / E-commerce Executive, preferably in
FMCG - Food & Beverages
Strong
MIS knowledge
and experience in handling sales and catalogue data
Proficient in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filters)
Good understanding of
e-commerce catalogue processes
Knowledge of
product listing standards
and compliance for food products
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
E-commerce Platforms Experience (Preferred)
Candidates should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
Amazon Seller Central
Flipkart Seller Hub
Blinkit / Zepto
BigBasket
Brand website / D2C platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
