We are hiring Catalog Associate in Bangalore (BLR), to support our advertising business. As an individual contributor this person will be responsible for reviewing the Brand-ASIN mapping changes by conducting research, determine the accuracy of the suggestion and approve/reject the suggestion as per the SOP. The tasks will be primarily repetitive in nature and will require the individual to make judgment based decisions keeping in mind the guidelines provided in the SOP and escalate process/systemic issues appropriately. The Catalog Associate is required to understand different workflows and operating guidelines and must ensure attention to detail. Accuracy of processing is of utmost importance, followed by speed. She/he should consistently deliver results that meet or exceed expectations & understand how the business operates and suggest changes to improve the process. Key job responsibilities .
