Job Summary:
As a Catalogue Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our product listings across various e-commerce platforms. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are meticulous, process-oriented, and eager to kick-start their career in e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Ensure all catalogue information is structured and aligns with our organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and update the product catalogue consistently.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the overall health of the seller account, including compliance with marketplace policies.
- Stay updated with new developments and changes in marketplace policies and technologies to continuously optimize our listings.
Voice of Customer (VOC) Complaints Management:
In this role, you will be fully accountable and responsible for handling VOC complaints on a standalone basis, ensuring end-to-end resolution. This includes owning the process from identification to closure, with clear accountability for timely and effective outcomes.
Standalone Responsibilities:
- Analyze incoming VOC complaints and issues to identify root causes, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve complaints end-to-end by coordinating with relevant teams, implementing fixes, and verifying resolutions to prevent recurrence.
- Document all actions taken, resolutions achieved, and lessons learned, maintaining transparency and accountability in reporting.
- Escalate complex issues only when necessary, while taking personal responsibility for following up until full resolution.
- Track and report on VOC metrics, such as resolution time and customer satisfaction scores, to demonstrate accountability in performance.
