About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Mathematics Faculty

who can teach

CAT Quantitative Aptitude

and

CBSE Mathematics (Grades 11 & 12)

. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students.

This role involves

classroom delivery, doubt resolution, test preparation, and personalized mentoring

for students aiming for

competitive exams (CAT, MBA entrance tests)

as well as excelling in

school board exams (CBSE)

.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Content Delivery

Teach

Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning

for CAT. Handle

CBSE Mathematics (11th & 12th grade)

, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness. Deliver engaging lectures through classroom, online, and hybrid modes.

Curriculum & Content Development

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice worksheets. Develop and evaluate test papers, assignments, and mock exams. Ensure syllabus completion well before timelines.

Student Mentoring & Support

Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions. Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and accuracy improvement. Track student performance and provide personalized feedback.

Academic Coordination

Work with academic coordinators to align lesson plans and schedules. Provide inputs for improvement in teaching methodology and pedagogy. Collaborate in creating digital content for online learning modules.

Candidate Profile

Education

: B.Tech / M.Sc / M.Tech / MBA from reputed institutes (IIT/NIT/IIM preferred).

Experience

: 2-6 years of teaching

CAT Quant

and/or

CBSE Mathematics

.

Skills

: Strong command over Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Probability, and Statistics. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students.

Preferred

: Prior teaching experience in reputed coaching institutes (TIME, IMS, CL, FIITJEE, Aakash, Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, etc.).

Key Competencies

Conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills. Patience and ability to handle diverse student groups. Passion for teaching and academic excellence. Familiarity with

online teaching tools

(Zoom, MS Teams, Google Classroom, etc.).

Success Metrics

Student performance in

CAT exams (percentile improvement)

. Board exam results of CBSE students. Student engagement and positive feedback. Contribution to academic content and innovation in teaching methods.
