About Role:
We are building the
Casting Division
at Spottlightt Social and looking for an
Artist Manager
who has real experience in
casting
and is ready to hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to new talent across different platforms.
Assist in the casting process by shortlisting and onboarding suitable candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with creators and artists.
Support talents with content ideas, brand collaborations, and career growth.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Keep track of schedules, payments, and deliverables.
Stay updated with trends in the creator space and suggest new opportunities.
Help in resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for talents.
Talent Onboarding & Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with our talent through regular interactions and prompt resolution of concerns.
Identify and onboard high-potential creators, supporting their growth and career success.
Provide strategic career guidance to talent, helping them navigate industry trends.
Collaborate with teams to refine and enhance creators' personal brands when necessary.
Brand Partnerships & Negotiation
Secure brand partnerships that align with our creators' career goals and agency objectives.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and industry players.
Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms for both creators and the agency.

? You know the casting space in Bombay inside out
? You're well connected with Bollywood - casting directors, directors, producers
? You keep yourself updated with films, web series, and what's trending
? You've handled both brand projects and casting assignments
