We are looking for an experienced
Casting Manager
with at least
2 years of hands-on experience
to manage casting requirements for digital content, reels, ads, and short-form productions. This is a
remote / freelance role
, suitable for candidates who can independently source, coordinate, and manage talent.
Key Responsibilities
Source actors, models, influencers, and artists as per script requirements
Coordinate auditions (online / offline) and shortlist suitable profiles
Maintain and manage a
casting database
(photos, videos, contact details)
Share casting options with directors and production team
Coordinate availability, schedules, and basic negotiations
Handle talent communication professionally from selection to shoot day
Ensure talent readiness (costume reference, briefing, call time)
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
2 years experience as Casting Manager / Casting Coordinator
Strong network of actors, models, and artists
Experience with
digital ads, reels, short films, or web content
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a
remote setup
Knowledge of basic production workflow
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in casting for
social media content & brand shoots
Familiarity with South Indian / regional talent pool
Ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of budget-based casting
