Responsibilities:
Talent search, shortlisting & casting database maintain karna
Audition setup, briefing & coordination
Director/producer ke brief ke hisab se profiles select karna
Casting calls draft karna & circulate karna
Shoot day coordination (models, call time, documents, etc.)
Casting team ko daily execution mein support
Requirements:
Observational skills & talent suitability understanding
Social media knowledge (Instagram, WhatsApp groups)
Good communication
Interest in films, casting & modeling industry
Freshers can apply
