Job Description

The Casting Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end casting process for film, television, theater, advertising, or digital media productions. This role involves identifying talent, coordinating auditions, managing casting logistics, and working closely with directors, producers, and casting directors to ensure the right performers are selected to meet creative and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage the complete casting process from talent sourcing to final selection Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand role requirements Organize and coordinate auditions, callbacks, and screen tests Source talent through Instagram ,open calls, databases, and networking Manage relationships with models and performers Oversee casting schedules, contracts, and availability tracking Maintain accurate casting records, databases, and documentation Ensure diversity, inclusion, and compliance with casting policies and regulations Negotiate terms and support contract finalization in coordination with legal or production teams Resolve casting-related issues efficiently and professionally
