Job Summary: Responsible for all the cash transaction/billing/Inventory Stock activities in the store. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure the smooth processing of promotions during billing.
• Handle exchanges, returns and escalated customer complaints as per the company policy
• Record and tally inward and outward bills on a daily basis
• Maintain records of all the expenses
• Maintain record and receipts Credit Card payments
• Stock Scan goods on a daily basis/Manage Memo Items and ensure pricing is accurate
• Followup on Parcel Dispatch
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
• Knowledge of working on billing system- Gati Software- SmartJewel and MS Excel

• Graduate with a Minimum 2 to 5 years of work experience as a cashier.
• Should be from Gold/Diamond/Jewelry Industry
